One dies in cracker explosion in Bhubaneswar

In a tragic incident, a man was killed in an explosion inside a house where crackers were allegedly being made in VSS Nagar area of Bhubaneswar on Monday. 

The identity of the deceased person is yet to be ascertained. 

According to a source, a blast went off in a house in VSS Nagar when crackers were allegedly being made. The intensity of the explosion was so high that the asbestos roof of the house was blown away.

During the explosion, a man who was inside the house was seriously injured. Locals immediately rushed him to a private hospital. 

However, while undergoing treatment, he breathed his last.
