Body Of Youth Found In Parked Car In Dhenkanal; 2 Killed In Bhubaneswar Road Mishap

The police on Wednesday recovered the body of a youth from a car parked alongside the Cuttack-Sambalpur road near Hindol in Dhenkanal district. The deceased has been identified as Pranab Purnachandra Pradhan.

Pradhan reportedly worked as an assistant manager at a mine in Nagpur. While some of his relatives live in Bhuvan area of Dhenkanal, his 2-year-old daughter and wife are reportedly staying in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

As per reports, locals spotted the car parked on a side of the on Tuesday. However, they didn't suspect anything amiss as the vehicle’s engine was running. Later, when the vehicle didn’t move from the place for a long time, people suspected foul play and informed the police.

The Hindol Police then rushed to the spot and broke the window glass panes of the vehicle and found the lifeless body of Pradhan. The cops have reportedly seized some important documents and the mobile of the deceased from the car.

The body has been sent for post mortem while an investigation has been launched into the incident.
Meanwhile in Bhubaneswar, a couple was killed after an unknown vehicle hit their bike they were riding near OCC chhak. The couple was reportedly returning home after shopping.
