After hitting the bike, the heavy vehicle fled the scene, and the driver is also currently absconding.

“I was at the fast food stall. Three of us were sitting and talking there. Three people were coming from the other side, and everyone warned them to slow down as the hyva vehicle was approaching at full speed from the opposite side. But the vehicle rammed into them. 3 people were riding on a bike and I don't know if they were drunk or not,” said a local resident.
