Senior Bihar Minister Nitin Nabin appointed BJP National Working President, PM Modi extends greetings
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Sunday announced the appointment of senior Bihar minister Nitin Nabin as its National working President, giving him a major organisational responsibility within the party.
Congratulating the party’s National Working President, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said in a post on his social media (X) handle, “Shri Nitin Nabin Ji has distinguished himself as a hardworking Karyakarta. He is a young and industrious leader with rich organisational experience and has an impressive record as MLA as well as Minister in Bihar for multiple terms. He has diligently worked to fulfill people’s aspirations. He is known for his humble nature and grounded style of working. I am confident that his energy and dedication will strengthen our Party in the times to come. Congratulations to him on becoming the BJP National Working President.”

The decision received formal approval from BJP Parliamentary Board, sealing his elevation to the post.
Nitin Nabin, who is currently serving as a minister in the Bihar government, is a seasoned leader with significant legislative experience. At 45 years of age, he has been elected as a Member of the Legislative Assembly five times, reflecting his strong political standing and grassroots support.
BJP leaders said this appointment aims to strengthen the party organisation and bring experienced leadership into key decision-making roles. Nitin Nabin has previously held important responsibilities within the party and is better known for his administrative and organisational skills.
With this new role, expectations are high that he will play a crucial part in shaping party strategy and coordination, both within the state and at the organisational level.
