Faridabad University's building 17, Room 13 was the terrorists’ meeting spot?Amid the ongoing investigation into the DelhiRed Fort blast case, a new update has emerged. According to reports, the Al Falah University in Faridabad, which is about 45 km from Delhi, is suspected to be the epicentre of the planning for the blast.
The investigation into the blast incident is currently focused on four doctors working at the university who are being linked to the Pakistan-based terror group Jaish-e-Mohammad. However, the university has claimed it had ‘no connection’ with the suspects.
At least 13 people were killed after a car exploded near the Red Fort Metro Station on Monday. Dr Umar Mohammad was reportedly confirmed as the vehicle's driver through DNA matching. Three other doctors- Dr Muzammil Shakeel, Dr Adeel Rather, and Dr Shaheed Saeed, are now in police custody.
According to sources, a room in the premises of Al Falah University has now emerged as a meeting hub for the doctors involved in the blast conspiracy. At the university building number 17, Room number 13 (belonged to Dr Muzammil), Dr Umar and his associates frequently met. It is in this room that the police suspect they had planned to carry out blasts in Delhi and several parts of Uttar Pradesh, it reported.

Meanwhile, from Haryana’s Khandawali village, police have seized a red EcoSport DL 10 CK 0458, suspected to be linked to the prime suspect, Dr Umar Un Nabi, in the Delhi blast case.
