Summer Special Trains 2018 announced by Indian Railways! Tap to Know the list of trains

Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: In order to clear extra rush of passengers during upcoming summer season, the Indian Railways have announced several pairs of Summer Special Trains. Anticipating heavy rush, the Railways have decided to run more Summer Special Trains. The details of the trains have been provided below.

01115/01116 Lokmanya Tilak(T)- Gorakhpur-Lokmanya Tilak (T) Weekly Special Train (24 trips)

Train No. 01115/01116 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus-Gorakhpur will run from April 7, 2018 to June 23 on every Saturday and 01116 Gorakhpur will run from April 8, 2018 to June 24, every Sundays. The train will have stoppages at Kalyan, Igatpuri, Nasik Road, Bhusawal, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Allahabad Chheoki Jn., Varanasi, Mau, Bhatni and Deoria Sadar stations.

07091/07092 Secunderabad- Raxaul- Secunderabad Special Train (26 trips)

Train 07091 Secunderabad will run from April 3, 10, 17 and 24 and May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 and June 5, 12, 19, 26 on every Tuesday and 07092 Raxaul from April 6, 13, 20, 27 and May 4, 11, 18, 25 and June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 on every Friday. The train will have stoppages at Kazipet, Ramagundam, Manchiryal, Balharshah, Sevagram, Nagpur, Betul, Itarsi, Pipariya, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Allahabad, Gyanpur, Manduadih, Varanasi, Mughal Sarai, Buxar, Ara, Danapur, Patna, Bakhtiyarpur, Mokameh, Barauni, Samastipur, Darbhanga, Sitamahi and Bairagnia stations. The train will have AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper and General Coaches.

01117/01118 LTT-Gorakhpur-LTT Special Train (16 trips)

Train No. 01117 Lokmanya Tilak (T) will run from April 10 to June 12, 2018 on every Tuesday and 01118 Gorakhpur will run from April 11, 2018 to June 13 (except May 9 and June 6), every Wednesdays.

The train will have stoppages at Thane, Kalyan, Igatpuri, Nasik, Manmad, Bhusawal, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Allahabad, Gyanpur, Varanasi (via BCY), Mau, Deoria Sadar stations. The special train will consist of AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and General Coaches.

01055/01056 LTT- Varanasi Junction-LTT Special Train ( 2 trips)

Train No. 01055 Lokmanya Tilak (T) will run on June 5, 2018 (Tuesday) and 01056 Varanasi Jn. will run on May 10, 2018. The train will have stoppages at Thane, Kalyan, Igatpuri, Nasik, Manmad, Bhusawal, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Allahabad and Gyanpur station. The special train will consist of AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and General Coaches.

02111/02112 CSTM-Lucknow-CSTM Superfast Weekly Special Train (24 trips)

Train 02111 Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal will run from April 10 to June 26, 2018 on every Tuesdays and 02112 Lucknow will run from April 11 to June 27, 2018 every Wednesday. The train will have stoppages at Kalyan, Igatpuri, Bhusawal, Itarsi, Bhopal, Jhansi, Orai and Kanpur station and consists of only AC III Tier coaches.

02171/02172 CSTM-Jammu Tawi-CSTM Superfast AC Weekly Special Train (26 trips)

Train 02171 Chatrapati Shivaji MAharaj Terminal will run from April 6 to June 29, 2018 on every Friday and 02172 Jammu Tawi from April 8 to July 1, 2018 on every Sunday.  The train will have stoppages at  Dadar, Kalyan, Igatpuri, Nasik, Bhusawal, Khandwa, Itarsi, Bhopal, Jhansi, Agra Cantt, Ambala, Ludhiana, Jalandhar Cantt and PAthankot Cantt station and consists of only AC III Tier coaches.

01453/01454 Pune-Gorakhpur-Pune Jan Sadharan Special Train (22 trips)

Train 01453 Pune will run from April 8 to June 17, 2018 on every Sunday and 01454 Gorakhpur from April 10 to June 19, 2018 on every Tuesday. The train will have stoppages at Daund, Ahmadnagar, Kopargaon, Manmad, Bhusawal, Khandwa, Itarsi, Bhopal, Bina, Jhansi, Kanpur Central, Lucknow, Barabanki Jn, Gonda, Basti and Khalidabad stations and consists of General Coaches.
