Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: In yet another good news for the students who want to pursue a career in the banking sector, the Syndicate Bank has invited applications for the posts of Probationary Officers (PO) under Syndicate Bank Recruitment 2018.
Interested and eligible candidates should apply online on or before the last date, i.e. January 17, 2018.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Age limit: Applicants' age should be between 20 and 28 years. However, there is age relaxation for reserve categories as per the government norms.
Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will purely be based on an online test followed by group discussion and later a personal interview will be conducted, if necessary.
Examination Details:
The examination constitutes of two online tests, one of which is an objective online test and the other would be a subjective one, which is again online.
Subjects for objective online test: Reasoning (50 marks), English Language (50 marks), Quantitative Aptitude (50 marks) and Reasoning (50) marks and the test will comprise of 200 questions, whereas the duration of the examination will be two hours.
Similarly, the subjective test will be of 30 minutes duration, where in candidates will have to attend two questions of English Language (25 marks each).
Note: Candidates will not be allowed to use calculators, telephones, mobile phones or any such instrument during the online test/selection process.
Details of the Syndicate Bank Recruitment 2018:
For this recruitment, the candidates will have to apply for admissions to the one year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) course in Manipal Global Education Services Pvt Ltd. Bangalore and/or Nitte Education International Pvt Ltd. (NEIPL) Greater Noida/Mangalore. After completion of the course, the candidates would be offered appointment in the bank as Probationary Officer (PO) in junior management grade/Scale-I.
