12 Critical In Kacheguda Train Accident In Hyderabad

Hyderabad: As many as 12 passengers sustained grievous injuries when two trains collided with each other in Kacheguda Railway Station in Hyderabad on Monday.

According to the officials of Southern Railway, MMTS train dashed into Kongu Express which was stationed at the platform.

The injured passengers were immediately shifted to nearby hospital for treatment while rescue operations are still underway.

Officials further informed that the incident reportedly occurred due to some fault in the signal. A few trains have also been rescheduled due to the mishap.
