UPSC Recruitment 2020: Big Vacancy Announced In 7th Pay Commission Scale

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released a recruitment notification for the positions of Medical Officer/Research Officer, Anthropologist and Assistant Library among others.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the positions before February 13, 2020.

UPSC Recruitment 2020 Vacancy Detail

Thirty seven vacancies announced for the post of Medical Officer/Research Officer (Ayurveda), Ministry of Ayush (SC-05, ST-03, OBC-10, EWS-03, UR-16).

Of the thirty seven vacancies, one vacancy is reserved for Physically Challenged person viz. Locomotor Disability including Cerebral Palsy, Leprosy Cured, Dwarfism, Acid Attack Victims and Muscular Dystrophy with disability i.e. One leg affected (R or L) (OL) or One arm affected (R or L) (OA).

Age Limit: 35 years

Pay Scale: Level-10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th Central Pay Commission.

Seven vacancies announced for the post of Medical Officer/Research Officer (Unani), Ministry of Ayush (SC-01, ST-01, OBC-02, EWS-01, UR-02).

Age Limit: 35 years

Pay Scale: Level-10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th Central Pay Commission.

One vacancy announced for the post of Anthropologist (Cultural Anthropology Division), Anthropological Survey of India, Department of Culture, Ministry of Culture (SC-01).

Age Limit: 40 years

Pay Scale: Level-10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.

Thirty nine vacancies announced for the post of Assistant Engineer (Quality Assurance) (Electronics), Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence (SC-04, ST-03, OBC-11, UR-21).

Of the thirty nine, two vacancies are reserved for Physically Challenged person. Out of these two, one vacancy is reserved for Deaf and Hard of Hearing with disability i.e. Hard of Hearing (HH) and remaining one vacancy is reserved for Locomotor Disability including Cerebral Palsy, Leprosy Cured, Dwarfism, Acid Attack Victims and Muscular Dystrophy with disability i.e. One leg affected (R or L) (OL) or One arm affected (R or L) (OA) or Leprosy Cured (LC) or Dwarfism (DW) or Acid Attack Victims (AAV).

Age Limit: 30 years

Pay Scale: Level-7 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
