Staff Selection Commission: Opportunity For Over 1000 Posts Ends In Couple Of Days

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has been releasing recruitment notifications across the country to recruit candidates to work as government employees in respective states. Here are details of another such recruitment notification by a state commission.

Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission had earlier released a recruitment notification for multiple positions with a vacancy of over 1100 posts. Vacancies were announced for the positions of Assistant Bureau Officer, Block Welfare Officer and several other posts.

Interested and eligible candidates must apply for the positions now to avoid the last hour rush as the last date to apply for the positions is October 17, 2019.

Here are details of the JSSC Recruitment:

Assistant Branch Officer - 362 Posts, Block Supply Officer - 223 Posts, Block Welfare Officer - 139 Posts,  Zone Inspector-Cum-Law - 170 Posts, Co-operative Extension Officer - 241 Posts, Planning Assistant - 5 Posts

Total - 1140 Posts

Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for the Jharkhand SSC positions need to have a Graduate or Equivalent Degree.

Age Limit (As on 01-08-2019)

For Gen/ UR Candidates: 21-35 Years

Relaxation in Upper Age Limit:

05 years for SC/ST Candidates

03 years for OBC Female Candidates

02 years for OBC Male candidates

Application Fee: Candidates applying under General and OBC categories will be shell out Rs 1000 as application fee while those applying under SC/ ST/ Ex-Servicemen categories will have to pay Rs 250.
