New Delhi: After the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) declared the results of Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator and Senior Hindi Translator Examination – 2020, students are all geared up for the Paper-II examination scheduled next month.

The Descriptive Paper (Paper-II) of the aforesaid examination is tentatively scheduled to be held on February 14, 2021 (Sunday). The Admission Certificate of the qualified candidates will be uploaded on the websites of the respective Regional Offices approximately 7 days before the conduct of the Tier-II Examination.

However, the candidates who are unable to download their Admission Certificate may contact the concerned Regional Offices immediately. The responsibility of ensuring the download of the Admission Certificate is solely on the candidates.

Result Of Tier-I Exam and Answer Key Release

The paper-I examination was conducted two months ago in the Computer Based Mode at various centres all over the country. After applying the cut off fixed by the Commission in Paper-I, 1688 candidates have qualified in the said examination for appearing in Paper-II. The category-wise details of the candidates available and cut off marks are as under:

In addition to the number of UR candidates shown above 120-SC, 22-ST, 431-OBC, 84-EWS, 10-OH and 3-VH candidates qualifying at UR cut-off has been shown under their respective categories.

As specified earlier, the following minimum qualifying marks have been considered in Paper-I:

  • UR: 30%
  • OBC/ EWS: 25%
  • Others: 20%

Representations received from the candidates with regard to the answer keys have been carefully examined and the answer keys have been modified wherever necessary, the Commission has said.

The final answer keys have been used for evaluation. Final Answer Keys will be uploaded on the website of the Commission to the candidates for a period of one month from January 25, 2021, to February 24, 2021.

Note: Marks of the qualified/non-qualified candidates will be uploaded on the website of the Commission on January 22, 2021 (Friday). This facility will be available for a period of one month i.e. from January 22 to February 21, 2021. Candidates may check their individual marks by using their registration number and registered password and click on Result/Marks tab on the candidate dashboard.
