SSC Recruitment 2021: Attention CGL Aspirants! Check New Notice On Application Submission

Ahead of the deadline for SSC CGL application submission, the Staff Selection Commission has released an important notice for aspirants of the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam.

In the notice, on its official website, the commission has advised the CGL aspirants not to wait till the last date to submit application for the exam.

As the online application window will close on January 31, SSC advised CGL aspirants to apply for the same much ahead because the website's server usually gets slower by the end.

“No extension of the last date for submission of online application will be granted,” SSC informed.

Dates for submission of online applications: 29-12-2020 to 31-01-2021

Last date and time for receipt of online applications: 31-01-2021 (23:30)

Last date and time for making online fee payment: 02-02-2021 (23:30)

Last date and time for generation of offline Challan: 04-02-2021 (23:30)

Last date for payment through Challan (during working hours of Bank): 06-02-2021

Schedule of Computer Based Examination (Tier-I): 29-05-2021 to 07-06-2021

Date of Tier-II Examination (Descriptive Paper): To be notified later

The SSC CGL exam will be conducted for assistant audit officer, assistant accounts officer, assistant, inspector, sub-inspector, and upper-division clerk posts among others.

The lower age limit to apply for the SSC CGL recruitment is 18 years while the upper age limit is 32 years (it varies for different posts).
