SSC Recruitment 2020: Exam Schedule Revised For Group C, D & Other Posts

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has revised the schedule for some recruitment examinations like the combined graduate level (CGL), Selection Posts Phase VIII, Junior Engineer and Stenographer Grade C & D among others.

"On 22.09.2020, Staff Selection Commission had declared revised schedule of examinations for the period 01.10.2020 to 31.08.2021," read the official notification adding that the same has to be schduled once again in view of the Assembly Elections in Bihar.

As per the revised calendar, those who have opted for SSC examination centre in Bihar:

SSC Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying & Contracts) Paper-1 exam 2019 will be held on December 11, 2020, for other candidates, the exam will be held between October 27 and October 30, 2020.

At exam centres in Bihar, the SSC Selection Post/ Phase- VIII 2020 exam will be conducted on December 14, 2020, while other candidates can appear for the exam from November 6 to 10, 2020.

It further said that there will be no change in the schedule of the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, (CHSLE)-2019 Tier-I to be held from 12.10.2020 to 26.10.2020.
