SSC MTS Result 2019: Around 19.18 lakh candidates appeared for the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination 2019 conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). The overall attendance was recorded at 49.73%.

As per data by the SSC, a total of 38.58 lakh candidates had registered for the examination. The SSC MTS 2019 examination was held for 13 days, from August 8 to August 22, 2019 in 389 shifts across 337 centres in 146 cities across the country.

This is one of the exams conducted by the SSC which saw the highest number of participation. Earlier, the highest number of participation was recorded in Constable Recruitment exam.

As per data shared by the SSC, at least 30,41,284 candidates appeared for the Constable (general duty) recruitment examination conducted by the SSC between February and March. In view of the huge participation by the aspirants, the SSC conducted the exam for 18 days in 54 shifts and at 297 centres across the country. A total of 52,20,335 candidates had registered for the test.

Combined Graduate Level (CGL), Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL), SI and ASI and Stenographer Recruitment Exam are some of the exam which have already been conducted by the SSC in 2019. Worth mentioning, CGL and CHSL are among the popular exam conducted by the SCC.

Around 8.37 lakh candidates of 26 lakh registered candidates participated in the CGL tier 1 recruitment exam held in June while a total of 13.17 lakh candidates appeared for the CHSL exam held in July, said reports.

A total of 1,85,357 candidates had participated in Stenographer examination and around 2.5 lakh candidates attended the Sub Inspector (SI) and Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) examination to fulfil 1,557 vacancies in Delhi Police, CAPF and CISF. The exam was held in 11 shifts for 5 days.

SSC MTS 2019 Result

The results of SSC MTS 2019 paper 1 is expected to be announced next month, said reports. However, candidates are advised to check the official website of SSC- ssc.nic.in regularly.

SSC MTS 2019 Exam Pattern

The candidates who will qualify in the Paper-I of SSC MTS Exam will be eligible to appear for Paper-II. The SSC MTS 2019 Tier-II Examination will be held on November 17, 2019.

The Paper-II will be subjective and carry 50 marks. The candidates will have to write a short essay or letter and the duration allotted for the examination is 30 minutes.
