South Western Railway Fresh Job Vacancies In Level-1 Level-2 Of 7th Pay Commission

The South Western Railway has invited applications in the level-1 and level-2 of 7th Central Pay Commission Pay Matrix against Scouts and Guides quota for recruitment at South Western Railway, Hubbali and Rail Wheel Factory, Yelahanka. The last date to apply for the positions is January 20, 2020 (5.45 PM). The closing date for candidates from far-flung areas in India and those residing abroad will be February 4, 2020 (5.45 PM).

Age Limit: 18-30 years for the posts in Level-2 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix and 18-33 years for the posts in Level-1 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix as on January 1, 2020, with usual relaxation as applicable to SC/ST/OBC candidates.

Note- Age Relaxation to SC/ST/OBC candidates, serving railway employees, staff of quasi administrative offices, widows/divorcee women/women judicially separated but not married, PWD, ex-servicemen and ordinarily domicile persons in the State of Jammu & Kashmir will be permissible as per extant rules.

Educational Qualification For level-2 posts: Candidates should have passed 12 (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate (50% marks in the aggregate will be required for NTPC categories, not for SC/ST/ex-servicemen candidates and candidates possessing higher qualification like graduation or post-graduation) OR

Passed matriculation plus course completed Act Apprenticeship ITI approved by NCVT/SCVT for the posts in Technical categories.

Educational Qualification for Level-1 posts: 10th Pass or ITI or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
