SBI Recruitment: Apply For 5237 Posts In Clerical Cadre

Bhubaneswar: The State Bank of India (SBI) has issued a recruitment notification to fill up 5237 posts in the clerical cadre across the country. The application process for the recruitment drive has started from today.

Interested and eligible candidate can apply for the posts of Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in clerical cadre by visiting the official site of SBI www.sbi.co.in. The last date to apply for the posts is till May 17, 2021.

According to the notification, candidates can apply for vacancies in one State only and can appear for the test only once under this recruitment drive.

Preliminary examination will be conducted tentatively in the month of June 2021 and the main examination will be conducted tentatively on 31.07.2021.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by Central Government. Candidates having integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 16.08.2021.

HOW TO APPLY:

Candidates can apply online and no other mode of application will be accepted. Candidates will be required to register themselves online through Bank’s website–https://bank.sbi/careers or https://www.sbi.co.in/careers – Recruitment of Junior Associates 2021.

After registration candidates are required to pay the requisite application fee through online mode by using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking.

Candidates are advised not to forget to mention ‘Recruitment of Junior Associate-2021’ in the subject of the email.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

The selection process will consist of on-line test (Preliminary & Main exam) and test of specified opted local language.

Phase-I: Preliminary Examination: Online Preliminary Exam consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 1-hour duration consisting of 3 Sections – English language, Numerical and Reasoning Ability.

APPLICATION FEES:

The application fee is Rs 750 for candidates belonging to General/ OBC/ EWS category while there is no fee for candidates from SC/ ST/ PWD/ XS/DXS category.

Fee/ Intimation charges once paid will NOT be refunded on any account nor can it be held in reserve for any other exam or selection.
