RRB Recruitment 2019: Railway JE Exam Pattern, Date, Centre And Other Details

Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) recently released details related to the cities or centre for RRB Junior Engineer exam which is to start from May 22, 2019. As the Computer-based tests for RRB JE exam is on the cards, Railway will make available admit cards of candidates but only four days prior to the allotted examination date.

The e-call letter or admit card will mention the exam city, time and exam centre. Candidates should bring one original ID proof, passport size colour photograph, along with a hard copy of e-call letter. Without the above stated documents, candidates won’t be allowed to appear in the examination.

Exam Pattern

The RRB JE exam will comprise 100 questions. Candidates will get 90 minutes to attempt the questions. For every negative answer, one-third of the total marks will be deducted.

For the convenience and practice of candidates, RRB has also provided link for Mock Test which can be accessed by login in to respective website. Besides, reserved category candidates can download their travel pass from the same link. The mock test reportedly started from May 12.

The RRB had invited application for JE recruitment earlier on January 2, 2019. The advertisement was released on December 29, 2019. A total of 14,033 vacancies were announced in the advertisement but later, the board reduced the number of vacancies to 13,847.
