Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: Though many candidates are protesting the cut offs marks taken for the RRB JE 2019 Stage 1 CBT examination, the Railway Recruitment Board is reportedly yet to reply on the issue.

Candidates took to the social media platform like Twitter to express their displeasure with the result and request the authorities concerned to revise the cut offs.

The candidates are of the view that those who have qualified (scored 50% and above) should be allowed to appear for the second Stage CBT examinations as the questions asked in the CBT 1 exam was totally non-technical.

Candidates have requested the Board and also Railway Minister Piyush Goyal to re-consider and revise the CBT 1 results. However, they said that the silence of the railway has disappointed them.

The Board had declared the results on August 13, 2019. Meanwhile, the Second Stage CBT will begin from August 28.
