RRB announces recruitment for 22,000 Group D posts, online applications open

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced a major recruitment drive for 22,000 Group D posts across various departments of Indian Railways. 

The recruitment process for RRB Group D Recruitment 2026 is open to candidates who have passed Class 10 or hold an ITI qualification. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official RRB websites, including rrbchennai.gov.in and indianrailways.gov.in.

The last date for submitting the online application is March 2, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for RRB Group D posts must meet the prescribed educational qualifications, which include Class 10 pass or ITI certification, depending on the post.

Age Limit

The age limit has been fixed between 18 and 33 years as on January 1, 2026. Age relaxation will be applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.
