Age Limit: The minimum age limit to apply for the positions is 15 years while the upper age limit for the same is 24 years.
Age relaxation is there by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
Railway Recruitment 2020 Vacancy Details of Western Railway
The Western Railway, Mumbai had invited applications for Apprentice positions for over 3550 positions. Candidates can submit their applications online only on RRC’s website- https://www.rrc-wr.com.
The candidature of the applicants will be considered only on the basis of the information filled in the online application, read the official notification.
Candidates need to have completed Matriculate or 10th Class in 10+2 examination system with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from recognized Board.
Candidates need to have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years of age. However, the Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST applicants and 03 years in case of OBC candidates.
ITI certificate affiliated to NCVT/SCVT is compulsory. Candidates whose SSC / ITI results are awaited as on the date of notification are not eligible to apply.
Besides, the applicants who failed in ITI should not apply, in case any failed applicants is engaged inadvertently, he/she will be terminated summarily from the apprenticeship training without any further notice.
