The East Central Railway, Bihar has released a notification inviting applications from candidates to apply for Group D, Clerk, Junior Engineer and other positions.

A total vacancy of 447 posts has been announced and applications can be submitted for the same till February 20, 2020.

Age Limit: Candidates applying need to have completed 18 years of age while the upper age limit to apply is 35 years.

Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be done based on their performance in Test/ Interview.

Closing Date to Apply: February 20, 2020

The West Central Railway has also sought applications but for the positions of Apprentices. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the positions by February 26, 2020.

Apprentices: Fitter, Welder, Electrician, Painter, Light Motor Vehicle, Computer Operator and Programming Assistant, Secretarial Assistant, Mechanic Repair and Maintenance of Vehicle, CNC Programmer-cum-Operator

Age Limit: The minimum age to apply for the positions is 15 years while the maximum age limit is 24 years.

Educational Qualification: Candidates applying need to have completed 10th with 50% marks and ITI. For details, go through the link given below.

Besides, the Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) recently invited applications for engagement of Act Apprentices in Eastern Railway for the year 2019-20. Candidates can apply for it till March 13, 2020.

Candidates must have completed 10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks, in aggregate, from recognized Board and also should possess the National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by NCVT/SCVT.
