Railway Group C Recruitment 2019: Last Date To Submit Application; Hurry Up

With the several divisions of the Indian Railways releasing recruitment notification currently for Group C posts, the South Eastern Railway had also released a notification inviting interested and eligible candidates under Sports Quota.

Sports Quota: 21 Posts

Age Limit (As on 01.01.2020)

Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years . There is no age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates.

Educational Qualification

Posts having grade pay of Rs 2800: Graduation in any discipline.

Posts having grade pay of Rs 2400: 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent with 80 w.p.m. in shorthand (Hindi/English) for a duration of 10 minutes which will be transcribed in Typing in 65 minutes in English and in 75 minutes in Hindi for the post of Jr. Stenographer (OR) A pass in 1st year of Bsc. (Physics) or a pass in 10+2 stage in Higher Secondary in Science (Mathematics & Physics) for the post of Electrical Signal Maintainer II in S& T Deptt.

Posts having grade pay of Rs 1900 & Rs. 2000: 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination (OR) A pass in Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board may also apply to be posted as Tech-Ill, subject to undergo 03 years training period and passed in ITI qualification in the relevant trade, training period will be of 06 months.

Gen/OBC: Rs 500

SC/ ST/ Ex-Servicemen: Rs 250

Payment Method: Pay the Examination Fee through Bank Draft/ IPO should be issued in favour of FA&CAO, South Eastern Railway, Garden Reach - 700043, payable at GPO/ Kolkata.
