Police Constable Recruitment: Last Day Alert; Boys, Girls Apply Today For 50,000 Posts

Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Police had released a recruitment notification for the positions of Constable Posts. Interested and eligible candidates must apply for the positions today.

The last date for submission of application is today, December 8, 2018. So, here is the detail for you; go through it and apply if eligible and interested.

Constable Civil Police

Total Posts: 49568

UR- 15681, OBC- 8467, SC- 6585, ST- 627

Besides, recruitment of Constable will also be done in Pradeshik Armed Constabulary (PAC).

UR- 9104, OBC- 4916, SC- 3284, ST- 364

Essential Qualification

Candidates need to have completed 12th from a recognized university or equivalent can also apply for the posts.

Physical Standards

For Male: Height should be 168 cm and Chest should be 79 cm with 5cm expansion.

For Female: Height should be 152cm and Weight should be 40kgs expansion

Age Limit

Maximum 22 years for Constable (Male) posts

Maximum 25 years for Constable (Female) posts

Meanwhile, relaxation in upper age limit is there for those candidates belonging to other categories.

Selection Process

Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in written exam and interview.
