PGCIL Executive Trainee Recruitment Through GATE Score; Last Date For Online Application April 15

Bhubaneswar: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has invited online applications from interested candidates to fill up various vacancies under the executive trainee category. The recruitment drive is to fill up 40 posts.

Eligible candidates who have appeared for GATE 2021 exam can apply for the posts through the official site of PGCIL on powergridindia.com.

As per a notification issued by the company, posting locations for selected candidates are likely to be in POWERGRID offices, substations, construction sites spread all across the country. For Electronics discipline, postings may also be in Telecom.

Last date for online submission of application and online deposit of application fees is April 15, 2021.

ET(Electrical): 01 – Hearing Impaired (Deaf & Hard of Hearing)

ET(Electronics): 01 – Inter-changeable (HI, OH, combination of identified sub-categories)

The posts are identified suitable for the following subcategories of PwBD
Posts: ET (Electrical)/ ET (Electronics)/ ET (Civil)
i. Deaf & Hard of Hearing
ii. Orthopedically Handicap – One Leg/ One Arm, Dwarfism. Also includes Acid Attack victims and Leprosy Cured persons with the above disabilities
iii. Combinations of (i) and (ii) above

How to apply:

-From 25th March 2021 onwards, candidates have to register themselves online at POWERGRID website www.powergridindia.com with details of their GATE 2021 registration number and other required information.

-Online application shall close on 15th April 2021.

-GATE Registration No. as appearing on the GATE 2021 Admit Card needs to be entered carefully in the online application form. No other number should be entered as GATE 2021 Registration number while applying to POWERGRID.

-Please note that once your application is submitted, no request regarding change in GATE Registration Number or Name shall be entertained. Enter your name and other details exactly as entered in your GATE admit card.
