NHAI Recruitment 2021: Apply For Multiple Vacancies, Click For Salary, Other Details

Bhubaneswar: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited applications for recruitment to multiple posts on deputation basis.

The notification has been issued by NHAI to fill up 42 posts including Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts) (6 posts), Manager Finance & Accounts (24 posts) and 12 posts of Deputy Manager (Finance and Accounts).

Details of eligibility conditions:

Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts): Pay Scale: Pay Level 12 (Rs.78800-209200)

Age: For deputation : Not exceeding 56 years

Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree in Commerce or Chartered Accountant or Certified Management Accountant or Master in Business Administration (Finance) from a recognised University or Institute;

OR

Member of any organised Finance or Accounts related Service of the Central Government or State Government;

By deputation from officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union territories or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi Government or Statutory or autonomous organisations and other Government Bodies:

holding analogous post on regular basis in level- 12 in pay matrix (Rs.78800-209200) (in Central Dearness Allowance pattern) or equivalent in the Industrial Dearness Allowance pattern (IDA) in the parent cadre or Department;

OR

with four years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in level -11 in the pay matrix (Rs.67700-208700) (in Central Dearness Allowance pattern) or equivalent in the Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) pattern in the parent cadre or Department;

Manager (Finance and Accounts): Pay Level 11 (Rs.67700- 208700)

Age: Not exceeding 56 years

Educational Qualification: Bachelor in Commerce or Chartered Accountant or Certified Management Accountant or Master in Business Administration (Finance) (through regular course) from a recognised University or Institute; OR
Member of any organized Finance or Accounts related Service of the Central or State Government;

By Deputation from officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union territories or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi Government or Statutory or autonomous organizations and other Government Bodies:

-holding analogous post on regular basis in level 11 in pay matrix (Rs.67700-208700) (in Central Dearness Allowance pattern) or equivalent in the Industrial Dearness Allowance pattern in the parent cadre or department;

OR

With four years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in level 10 in pay matrix (Rs.56100-177500) OR level-9 in pay matrix (Rs.53100-167800) (in Central Dearness Allowance pattern) or equivalent in the Industrial Dearness Allowance pattern in the parent cadre or department;

OR

with six years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in level-8 in pay matrix (Rs.47600-151100) (in Central Dearness Allowance pattern) or equivalent in the Industrial Dearness Allowance pattern in the parent cadre or department

Deputy Manager (Finance and Accounts): Pay Level-10 (Rs.56100- 177500)
Age: Not exceeding 56 years
