KVS and NVS recruitment: Apply for 14,967 teaching and non-teaching posts across India, check details here

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has begun the online application process for a major recruitment drive to fill 14,967 teaching and non-teaching positions under the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS). The initiative covers a wide range of academic and administrative roles across schools and offices nationwide.

According to the notification, the online application window will till December 4, 2025. Applications must be made exclusively through the official websites of CBSE, KVS, or NVS, as these remain the only authorised portals for information and form submission.

The recruitment includes key posts such as Principal, Vice Principal, Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs), Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs), Primary Teachers (PRTs), Librarians, Assistant Commissioners, and several non-teaching positions.

Age Limit

Selection Procedure

The selection procedure will comprise several stages, starting with a written examination followed by a skill test where applicable, document verification, and a medical examination. Only candidates who clear all stages will be considered for appointment.
