The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) had released another recruitment notification for the position of Supervisor (Hospitality) on Contract basis for a period of 2 years and extendable based on requirement and satisfactory performance.

Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) – Goa Institute Of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Alto Porvorim, Bardez, Goa – 403 521: 15.03.2019 (Friday)

NOTE: Interview at the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) – Mumbai. Dadar Catering College, Veer Savarkar Marg, (Opposite Suryavanshi Hall, Near Shivaji Park) Dadar West, Mumbai- was concluded on 25.02.2019 (Monday).

Besides, interview at Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) – Bhopal 1100 Quarters, Near Academy Of Administration, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh was held on 05.03.2019 (Tuesday)

The selected candidate may be posted in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Goa. However, candidate may be transferred/ posted anywhere in India at the discretion of IRCTC, the release of IRCTC read.

Educational Qualification

Full-Time B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from Institution recognised by NCHMCT/Government of India/AICTE/ UGC is required.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in F&B Industry (production /service/operations etc) of units having FSSAI certification, as on 01.01.2019. Teaching experience and training period (Induction) will not be counted as experience.

Important to Note For Interview

For the benefit of reservation under EWS, Income and Asset Certificate in prescribed format issued by Competent Authority as mentioned in DOP&T’s Memorandum dated 31.01.2019, should be produced by the candidates as on the date of Walk-in-interview.

*OBC candidates should produce Certificate in prescribed format issued by Competent Authority and the Certificate should not be older than one year from the date of walk-in-interview.

*Preference will be given to the candidates who have already served for IRCTC in Catering department.
