The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) had earlier released a notification for the position of Specialist Officer. Though the application submission process had begun much earlier, candidates must apply for the same now as today, November 26, 2019, is the last date to apply.

HR/Personnel Officer (Scale-I): Graduate and Two Years Full-time Post Graduate degree or Two Years Full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR / HRD/ Social Work / Labour Law.*

Marketing Officer (Scale-I): Graduate and Two Years Full-time MMS (Marketing)/ Two Years Full-time MBA (Marketing)/ Two Years Full-time PGDBA / PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM with specialization in Marketing *

Selection Process

Candidates will have to appear for Preliminary Examination, which is the first stage of the recruitment process. Later, the selected candidates will go through the Main Exam. Later, the qualified ones will have an interview.

General/OBC Candidates: Rs 600

ST/SC/PWD Candidates: Rs 100
