IBPS Recruitment, India Post Office Vacancy Announced For Over 4000 Posts

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) and India Post Office have released recruitment notifications inviting candidates to apply for over 4000 positions.

IBPS has released the notification for Professor, Associate Professor, Faculty Research and other positions while India Post Office has sought applications for Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) posts.

IBPS Recruitment 2020 Vacancy Details

Total Number of Vacancies: 29

Research Associate 5, Faculty Research Associate 5, Assistant Professor 4, Hindi Office 3, Programming Assistant 3, Professor 2, Associate Professor 2, Analyst Programmer - Windows 2, IT Administrator 1, Analyst Programmer - Linux 1, Research Associate - Technical 1.

As per the notification, candidates can apply for the position from June 10 to 30. IBPS is likely to conduct the online exam for the same on July 19, 2020.

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, go through the examination centres details of IBPS recruitment to avoid confusion:

(i) The online examination (wherever applicable) will be conducted in centers in India. The tentative list of Examination centres is available in Annexure I (get it in the link given below).

(ii) No request for change of centre for Examination shall be entertained.

(iii) IBPS, however, reserves the right to cancel any of the Examination Centres and/ or add some other Centres, at its discretion, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, etc.

(iv) IBPS also reserves the right to allot the candidate to any examination centre other than the one he/she has opted for.

(v) Candidates will appear for the examinations at an Examination Centre at his/her own risk and expenses and IBPS will not be responsible for any injury or losses etc. of any nature.

(vi) Any unruly behaviour/misbehaviour in the examination hall may result in cancellation of candidature/ disqualification from future exams conducted by IBPS.

India Post Office Recruitment 2020 Vacancy Details

Total Number of Posts: 4166

Madhya Pradesh Postal Circle 2834, Uttrakhand Postal Circle 724, Haryana Postal Circle 608.

Candidates, between 18 to 40 years of age as on June 8, 2020, can apply for the positions before July 7, 2020.

A candidate applying for the positions need to have completed 10th from a recognised board. While candidates who have cleared the exam in the first attempt will be given preferences, knowledge of the local language is a must.
