Age Limit
The maximum age limit to apply for the position is 27 years (as on 30/10/2018).
However, it is relaxable by 3 years in case of OBC and 5 Years in case of SC/ST candidates.
Selection Procedure
The Selection for Engagement of Apprentices will be based on 100% Merit basis, taking into consideration 70% weightage of Total Aggregate Marks secured in the 10th class & 30% weightage of Total Aggregate Marks secured in the ITI Examination.
Qualification Details
Fitter/Turner/Machinist/Machinist(Grinder)/Electrician/Draftsman(Mechanical)/ Mechanic Motor Vehicle - Passed 10th Class with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 system of Education or its Equivalent Passed ITI Examination and having National Trade Certificate issued from National Council For Vocational Training (NCVT)
Electronics Mechanic/ Instrument Mechanic/ Mechanic (R & AC) / Electro Plater/ Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA) - Passed 10th Class under 10+2 system of Education or its Equivalent Passed ITI Examination and having National Trade Certificate issued from National Council For Vocational Training
Painter (General) / Welder (Gas & Electric) - Passed 8th Class Education or its Equivalent from Recognized Institute Passed ITI Examination and having National Trade Certificate issued from National Council For Vocational Training
