7th Pay Commission: Salary Up To Rs 19900; Posts To Be Filled Up On Deputation, Absorption Basis

As the world is gearing up for the new normal, recruitment process in the country is gaining momentum. Of the plethora of vacancies announced by several departments, India Post had released a notification to fill vacancies in 7th Pay Commission scale.

Releasing the recruitment notification for Staff Car Driver posts in the 7th Pay Commission Scale, India Post had sought applications against the vacancies on or before February 15, 2021.

So, interested and eligible candidates must brace up now and apply for the positions today to avoid the last-hour rush and server issue.

"It is proposed to fill up Sixteen vacancies of Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) (General Central Service, Gr.C, Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial) in the Pay Rs 19,900 (Level 2 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) in the office of the Senior Manager, Mail Motor Service, Worli, Mumbai-400018 Department of Posts, Ministry of Communication & IT on Deputation/ Absorption basis in the Department of Posts failing which by Deputation/ Absorption from other Ministries/ on Deputation or Reemployment of Armed Forces Personnel...," read the official notification.

Age Limit for the : The maximum age limit is 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

Period of deputation: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
