Dandruff is medically considered to be caused due to the combination of multiple things that includes dry and cold air and the presence of Malassezia fungus in abundance. 1. Regular Brushing Of Hair
Dirt and dust daily settle on your hair and the scalp. Some such elements and pollutants are so stubborn that they do not get washed off even after shampooing. When such dirt and dust particles deeply settle on the scalp it leads to scalp infection and dandruff. The best way to remove dandruff is by brushing the hair sufficiently.

2. Alter Your Diet
Many foods that you eat can also trigger dandruff formation. Doing some alteration in your diet, for example, adding foods that are rich in zinc, vitamin B, and omega 3 can provide nutrition to hair and scalp. Also include raw salads and fruits, bananas, spinach, eggs, and fruits in the diet so that your body gets all over nutrition.

3. Stay Hydrated
More often due to cold weather, you forget to drink the adequate amount of water needed by the body that also causes dryness to the scalp. Make sure that you drink enough water so that the scalp does not get dry.
