So if you want to keep away that dryness from hair, the only way is to give them a conditioning treatment after hair wash so that the moisture is sealed in. You are sure to find expensive conditioners gracing the shelves of the supermarkets. But not everyone can afford it. Moreover, the conditioning treatments in the salon are very costly.

So to keep your hair hydrated and healthy, the best way is to prepare hair conditioners at home. Here are a few techniques:

1. Honey And Olive Oil Hair Conditioner

For preparing DIY hair conditioner with olive oil and honey you will require 2 tablespoons of honey, 4 tablespoons of olive oil and a shower cap. Mix honey and olive oil in a bowl and apply it evenly to your hair strands. Cover the head with a shower cap and leave it on for 30 minutes. Rinse this hair conditioning mask with lukewarm water and then wash with a sulfate-free shampoo.

2. Conditioning With Coconut Oil

Coconut oil has been used for ages in India for conditioning hair. Take 4 tablespoons of coconut oil and warm it a bit. You can take more quantity of coconut oil if you have long hair. Apply the oil to the scalp and hair strands. Massage with your fingers for 10 minutes. For better results, take hot towel treatment.

Dip a thick towel in hot water and wrap it around your head so that the steam opens the pores on the scalp and the oil can enter into them. This is a deep conditioning and nourishing therapy that works wonders not only in dry hair condition but even during severe hair fall.
