Ingredient required
- ½ Kg Rohu Fish
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Jeera powder
- 2 tsp Onion Ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup raw mango puree
- Salt (as needed)
How to make
- Take cleaned fish pieces in a bowl.
- Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder, onion ginger garlic paste, raw mango puree & salt and mix well.
- Rest the fish for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a Tawa.
- Add fish pieces one by one.
- Fry both sides of the fish on a medium flame until it is cooked well.
- Tasty raw Mango Fish Tawa Fry is ready to serve.
