Raw Mango Fish Tawa Fry

Ingredient required

  1. ½ Kg Rohu Fish
  2. 1 tsp Chilly powder
  3. ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  4. 1 tsp Jeera powder
  5. 2 tsp Onion Ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 cup raw mango puree
  7. Salt (as needed)

How to make

  1. Take cleaned fish pieces in a bowl.
  2. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder, onion ginger garlic paste, raw mango puree & salt and mix well.
  3. Rest the fish for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a Tawa.
  5. Add fish pieces one by one.
  6. Fry both sides of the fish on a medium flame until it is cooked well.
  7. Tasty raw Mango Fish Tawa Fry is ready to serve.
