Ingredient required
- Mutton
- Finely chopped onions
- Fine chopped tomatoes
- Salt according to taste
- Oil
- Coriander leaves (one cup)
- Ginger and garlic paste
- Cumin power
- Coriander powder
- Chili powder
How to make

- Make a paste of coriander leaves and keep it aside.
- Make a paste of ginger and keep it aside.

- Add finely chopped tomatoes and salt as per taste and mix them well.
- Cook until oil separates from the sides of the pan.
- Add the mutton and sauté till water dries and oil starts showing.
- Add water and sauté the mixture. Then cover the vessel with a lid and leave it for 35 minutes so that mutton can be boiled completely.
