Cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal has finally put an end to the rumours that he could be seen reuniting with his ex-wife Dhanashree Verma on an upcoming reality show ‘The 50’.
Chahal recently took to Instagram to clarify the situation, dismissing the reports. He said that there have been “no discussions or commitments of this nature.”
“There is no truth to the reports currently circulating about Yuzvendra Chahal’s participation in any reality show. These claims are speculative and incorrect,” read the statement.
“Yuzvendra is not associated with the show mentioned in recent reports, and there are no discussions or commitments of this nature. We request media platforms and social media users to refrain from spreading unverified information," it further read.
What Sets 'The 50' Apart?
Set to stream on JioHotstar and air on Colors TV, 'The 50' promises a departure from conventional reality formats. The show locks 50 contestants inside a grand, palace-like environment with no rigid rulebook.
Instead, shifting alliances, strategy and unpredictability form the backbone of the game. The contestant pool is expected to blend celebrities, influencers and seasoned reality-show faces.

The Indian edition is adapted from the French hit Les Cinquante, which later inspired the American version Los 50 on Telemundo in 2023.
