Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai's Mohsin Khan & Shivangi Joshi Breakup Issues: Production Planning To Drop Lead Pair?

“Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai” is now almost a decade old serial. After its original lead pair Hina Khan and Karan Mehra who played Akshara and Naitik respectively left the show, the production house decided to take a leap and introduced Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi in the lead. Mohsin Khan plays the role of Kartik whereas Shivangi is playing the character of Naira. The couple has a son Kairav and currently, the entire story is revolving around these three and an antagonist Vedika.

Shivangi And Mohsin Khan Breakup Affecting The Show?

Together the pair of Mohsin and Shivangi has a huge fan base and it increased manifold when rumours of the two dating each other started making rounds. But now an insider source has said that Mohsin and Shivangi have broken up and it is creating trouble for the makers of “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.”

Earlier the two used to share the same vanity van but now post-breakup Mohsin has demanded a separate vanity van for himself. The actor when enquired said that earlier he used the small portion of the vanity that did not carry a washroom. But since he was shooting for a mud scene he needed to use the larger section of vanity van and hence demanded a separate space.

Speaking on the rumours that their breakup has led to such differences, Mohsin said that he has been working with her for the last four years and that Shivangi is a thorough professional. When recently, the producer of the show, Rajan Shahi declared that one of the biggest shows on television is to get a major transformation in the form of leap fans concluded that he is talking about “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.”

Rumours also suggest that after these differences between Mohsin and Shivangi, the producer is planning to replace the two with a new star cast.
