We all know that star kids grow up in a different ambiance. Many will deny that star kids ever face any trouble in their life, especially during their childhood. But Tiger Shroff has an entirely different story which doesn’t suit the above sayings. Tiger, Jackie Shroff's son, even had to go through a period when his family’s financial condition was at stake and he had to even sleep on the floor. The actor considers that part of his life as a nightmare.

In an interview with Mid-Day, Tiger remembered his past days when his family had to taste the bitter taste of failure. It was when Tiger's mother, Ayesha Shroff produced 'Boom' starring Megastar Amitabh Bachchan which also marked a debut of the Katrina Kaif. Tiger narrated how the failure of Boom wreaked havoc on him and his family.

Boom, which was released in 2003, got leaked before it could hit the theaters. Later, the movie turned out to be a flop. Tiger, who was just 11-year-old at that time, had the bitter taste of financial crisis then."I remember how our furniture was sold off, one by one. Things I'd grown up seeing around us started disappearing. Then my bed went. I started to sleep on the floor. It was the worst feeling of my life," said the War actor.

As Tiger stated, experimenting as producers cost his family huge and the instances of those days still haunts him.

"You think of Shah Rukh sir (and) think 'Romance King'. You (look at) Salman Khan, (and) think 'Bhaijaan'. Each one of these guys has a label. That's important in an industry that has so much competition. Every time I do something offbeat, (the audience has) not been as kind, to me. A Flying Jatt or Student Of The Year 2. In A Flying Jatt, I was a bumbling superhero, afraid of heights, fights and of using powers. In SOTY 2, I was a college guy getting bullied. It didn't go down well with my audience. I don't think they could digest me coming from Baaghi 2 to being beaten up by college students," Tiger expressed his thoughts on portraying different characters.

Tiger Shroff currently wrapped up the shooting of the action-packed movie 'War' in which he will be seen along with Hrithik Roshan. The highly anticipated movie has been scheduled to hit theaters on October 2. 'War'- produced under the banner of Yash Raj Films, also stars Vaani Kapoor as the female lead.
