When Anushka Shetty rejects it for Baahubali Prabhas!

Hyderabad/Bhubaneswar: The on-screen couple Amarendra Baahubali and Devasena, played by Prabhas and Anushka Shetty in SS Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’, holds a special place in the hearts of fans.

Since then fans have been eagerly waiting for any news related to the duo. Fans also want to see them together and become off-screen couple too. Too much wanted, of course.

Besides, Prabhas and especially Anushka have always rubbished the rumours of their being in relationship and always clarified that they are just good friends and one should never think of any Baahubali-Devasena chemistry in reality.

Recently, once again fans stated talking about them when Prabhas reportedly stopped Anushka from doing a Bollywood movie. India.com source at UV Creations, which is Prabhas’ home banner and the production house bankrolling ‘Saaho’ (‘Bhaagamathie’ as well), revealed that Anushka was offered a Hindi film but she had to say ‘no’ on Prabhas’ behest.

“Prabhas is of the opinion that Anushka should make her Bollywood debut with him. He knows that that way they can make the most of their onscreen pair and give fans what they expect out of them. Also, he wants the film to be produced by UV Creations since the sensibilities match and it will be nice to have some comfort level with the producers while working with a new director from another industry,” India.com reported citing the source.
