Weight Loss Motivation By Kangana Ranaut Who Loses 5 Kg in 10 Days

Queen actress Kangana Ranaut is all set to startle us again. The actress has achieved insane weight loss for the upcoming Cannes Red Carpet look. A source close to her revealed that the actress has lost a shocking 5 Kg in just 10 days with intense workout and diet.

As per reports, Kangana gained weight for her role in the movie “Panga” which she had to lose to get in shape for Cannes Film Festival.

The miracle was possible as Kangana has been training at a famous workout studio owned by famous celebrity trainer Yogesh Bhateja.

Bhateja informed that as Kangana was supposed to gain weight for ‘Panga’, her calorie structure was high. It was not easy for any person to all of a sudden switch from a high-calorie diet to a calorie-deficit diet.

He added that Kangana worked out twice a day after an intense shoot for ‘Panga’ for 10-11 hours every day to get back in the right shape.

Kangana’s upcoming film, ‘Panga’, helmed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, is about the life of a kabaddi player.

The actress will represent a brand at the Cannes gala’s red carpet and will dress up in a sari by designers Falguni and Shane Peacock.
