Watch this Singer’s Performance in Indian Idol 12 Left the Judges Shocked, Know Why!

The country’s biggest singing reality show, Indian Idol is back with its twelfth season with a bang. Recently, the show premiered its new season and one of the contestants shocked the judges with his performance.

Jeli Tamin, who was also a contestant in Indian Idol 9, auditioned for the show again. He started singing the Oh Humsafar, a song by Tony and Neha Kakkar, and judged liked the start. But then he switched to his voice to sing Neha’s part as well in a female voice. This left the judges stumped. He sang in both the male and the female voice with ease and élan.

During the performance, Vishal Dadlani turned to the other judges and said his mind was blown off. Himesh seemed baffled as well. While Neha was really impressed that he sang her song so well.

After the performance, the audience and the netizens couldn’t stop talking about Jeli’s performance.  Tamin hails from Arunachal Pradesh and became a public figure in the state after he was in TOP 10 in Indian Idol 9. He shared that since the stint in Indian Idol, he has sung many songs in his states’ regional movies and also judges a state singing show. The singer added that it was challenging for him to be back at Indian Idol 12 and audition as many people back at his state look up to him. He added, ’Mera Sapna hai main Bollywood mein at least do lines gaun aur sirf Indian Idol ka stage hi yeh platform de sakta hai. Iisliye main apni izzat dao pe lagake aya hoon.”
