Bhubaneswar: Dayaben, the most adorable character in popular TV soap Taarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashmah played by Disha Vakani, is a household name across the country. However, her absence from the show since long is now being felt by the fans who have been posting several comments by tagging the makers of the show on social media.
There is still ambiguity whether Dayaben will make a comeback on Taarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashmah. However, fans can now meet the popular character and join her craziness in the animated version of the show- Taarak Mehta Ka Chhota Chashmah.
This animated version will start airing on Sony YAY from this month and will include all characters of Gokuldham society who are an integral part of the regular show on SAB TV which was first aired in 2008. It is now the longest show on TV.

Already the promos of Taarak Mehta Ka Chhota Chashmah have elicited positive response among fans, especially kids who are looking forward to the animated series.
As per a Times of India report, producer of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Asit Kumar Modi has urged viewers to support the team for the next 2-3 months when asked about the absence of Dayaben.
“I understand that the audience has got tired of waiting for Daya bhabhi and they want to see her back and I can understand their sentiments. I can understand that the viewers want to see Daya Ben and even I want to see her again on the show,” said Asit.
