Sangati Jogwar

Virat Kohli has always been a typical Punjabi guy very open about his personal life, his love for Bhangra, and native dhaba-style food. Over the years, the Indian skipper has turned health-conscious, is married, and also a father of a little girl, Vamika.

But there was a time when he was the rising star of Indian cricket and one of the most sought-after bachelors. It was during those days the right-handed batsman once appeared on Comedy Nights with Kapil. The comedy show was at its peak and included everyone from bua, dadi, gutthi, and Kapil himself apart from of course Sidhu paaji.

Virat Kohli Had to Pay Rs.3 Lakhs for Watching Kapil's Show

The episode was very special as the Indian cricketer entered the show on a luna and spilled beans on his personal life, how he used to be afraid of Sachin Tendulkar at the start and how once he ended up paying up Rs.3 lakhs for watching Kapil Sharma's show on the airport. Interestingly, he even shared that it was very difficult to make the first girlfriend.

Virat said, "pehli wali sabse slow bani thi. Uske baad toh..." He also revealed that once he thought of watching Comedy Nights with Kapil while he was waiting at an international airport for his flight. He thought that his mobile phone was running the show on the airport's wi-fi. But actually, it was using his Indian mobile network.

The famous cricketer was shocked when his brother called him and told him about Rs.3 lakh mobile bill. Virat Kohli also proved on the show that like every Punjabi he also can dance very well. And he even entertained the audience by mimicking the voice of fellow cricketers like Ishant Sharma, and Yuvraj Singh, and actor Anil Kapoor.
