Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday's Liger: Big Update From Karan Johar!

Vijay Deverakonda is making his debut in Bollywood opposite Ananya Panday in Karan Johar produced Liger. Earlier today the boss of Dharma Productions took to social media to share an important update on the movie. According to his post, the release date of Liger will be announced tomorrow early morning.

In his update, Karan wrote, "It's going to be one dhamaakedar punch of entertainment which crosses all language barriers! #Liger is coming to theatres near you...tune in tomorrow for the release date announcement at 8:14am! @SaalaCrossbreed @TheDeverakonda @ananyapandayy #PuriJagannadh."

Vijay Deverakonda also shared the news on his Instagram page with a short video clip featuring Ananya Panday.

Vijay Deverakonda Aiming Big With Liger

The South Indian superstar is eyeing a Bollywood superstardom with Liger. This Puri Jagannadh directed movie will be made in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada and will feature Vijay as a boxing exponent.

Earlier while discussing his rise in the movie industry, Vijay Deverakonda stated, "Someone with my background shouldn’t have reached anywhere near here, according to conventions and set norms. But with sheer madness, passion, and hard work, here we are! For everyone like me, it’s okay to dream big, belief, and make it happen.”

According to earlier reports, Karan  Johar has signed a three-movie deal with the Arjun Reddy actor and has paid him 100 crores for it. It is certainly a big thing for Vijay Deverakonda who although in the South has established his mettle, is yet to have a single release in Bollywood.
