Nepotism Wave Can Boost Viewership For Vidyut Jammwal's Khuda Hafiz

Sushant Singh Rajput's death has suddenly changed the perspective of cinemagoers in India. The fans who earlier followed superstars and star kids blindly are now encouraging real talent from outside the industry. Fans are promoting #SupportOutsidersSupportVidyut trend in a big way on social media. And this is certainly going to help in boosting the viewership of Khuda Hafiz.

This response is in stark contrast to the way social media responded to the trailer of Sadak 2. The  Alia Bhatt, Sanjay Dutt, Pooja Bhatt, and Aditya Roy Kapur movie marks the return of Mahesh Bhatt as the director. However, SSR fans are at present upset with the Naam director for his alleged involvement with Rhea Chakraborty. Similarly, most of the social media users are against Alia Bhatt as she is a star kid.

Supporters of Sushant Singh Rajput ensured that the trailer of Sadak 2 becomes one of the most disliked trailers. However, since Vidyut Jammval is an outsider, the trailer of Khuda Hafiz received a warm welcome with 8 million-plus views. This hate for the star kids and love for talented outsiders is badly affecting the movie business. Prior to the release of Sadak 2 trailer, viewers supporting the outsider talent also slammed Janhvi Kapoor's Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl OTT release very badly.

Vidyut Jammwal will be live during the release of Khuda Hafiz tomorrow on Disney plus Hotstar. He will share his experience of shooting for the movie in Lucknow and Uzbekistan.
