Bharteeyeedu
Helmed by the legendary director Shankar, this Telugu flick is set in the pre-independence era and depicts how India triumphed over the British. National Award-winner Kamal Haasan plays a double role of an ex-Indian Army officer Senapathy as well as his son, a corrupted RTO officer Chandra Bose who accepts bribes.
On one hand, Senapathy tries to catch and destroy the corrupt officials, and at the other end, Chandra Bose continues to go steeper in the mud of corruption. The gripping tale is one of the best Telugu patriotic movies of all time.
2. Naa Peru Surya, Naa Illu India
Starring Stylish Star Allu Arjun in the lead role of Surya, an army officer the movie revolves around the issues of anger that the short-tempered Surya faces. For him, the challenge is to curb his anger so that he can serve the borders of India and do his duty efficiently.

4. Alluri Seetarama Raju
Again one of the best Telugu patriotic movies of all time Alluri Seetarama Raju is based on the life of the famous freedom fighter by the same name. It depicts the fight of the freedom fighter against the British and East India Company.
Set in the 1922-24 era, the independence movement inspires many lives as Raju leads the troops in the battle against the British. It was one of the biggest hits of its times and even today triggers a spirit of patriotism with its inspiring depiction of India's fight for freedom.
5. Mahatma
Yet another movie by Vamsi Krishna in which Srikanth plays the role of a goon called Dasu who transforms from a violent man into a peace-loving Gandhian.
