The Kapil Sharma Show is currently off the air. The host Kapil Sharma took a break from the show as he was expecting his second child with his wife Ginni Chatrath. The famous comedy show on Sony Television has been on hiatus only for the last few weeks. However, fans are already missing it and demanding its return soon.

But it seems, the comeback of The Kapil Sharma Show will be delayed further. Earlier there were reports of the famous show host being injured when he was spotted in a wheelchair at an airport. His tiff with the paps also was much-discussed and slammed by the social media users.

The Kapil Sharma Show Host Is Yet To Recover From His Injury

Now the latest update suggests that Kapil has still not recovered from the injury. Yesterday an ailing fan's mother requested the standup comedian to get in touch with her son on Twitter. The message said, "My older son is battling chronic kidney disease & now my 19-yo son is dying from it too. He wishes to recover soon & meet his favorite comedian @KapilSharmaK9."

In response, Kapil said, "Get well soon, God bless.  Also, let me recover my injury, we will meet soon."

It is a clear indication that currently, Kapil Sharma is not in a condition to start shooting. Hence the return of The Kapil Sharma Show on television will be delayed further.

Earlier during a chat session on Twitter, the Firagni actor had said that the show was going off the air only for a brief period as he was taking a paternity break.

Incidentally, he is also busy with his Netflix series and may kick off the shooting for the comedy show only after it starts streaming.
