The Kapil Sharma Show: Sugandha Mishra Breaks Silence Over Exit From The Show, Hints Comeback

Actor, singer and comedian Sugandha Mishra made viewers of The Kapil Sharma Show laugh their hearts out with her inimitable comedy, mimicry and performances. In fact viewers were left shocked after the actress, who was a part of the first season of the comedy show in 2016, didn't show up in the second season. Recently, the actress opened up about her sudden exit from the show. She also cleared the air about her comeback to the popular comedy-cum-talk show.

Sugandha during a chat show opened up about her bond with popular comedian Sunil Grover, who had a public fallout with Kapil Sharma.

"Sunil is a very good friend of mine. We all, including Ali Bhai, Sunil, are good friends. Sunil is a gem of a person. I enjoy working with him and there is a comfort level. I have done 2-3 shows with him. For Gangs of Filmistaan, the creative team called me and asked me if I wanted to be a part of the show. I have worked with the team before and the experience was nice, so I joined the show," KoiMoi quoted the actress as saying.

Disclosing her experience in The Kapil Sharma Show, Sugandha said that working on the show was good.

However, revealing about her exit from the show, she said, "Every show has a journey. After Sunil Grover ji left, many changes happened in the format of the show. And we were not called again. I was going with the flow and I feel my journey with the show halted there."

Opening up about her comeback to The Kapil Sharma Show, the actress said that so far she has no plans of returning to the show as presently she has a very hectic schedule. However, she later said that it's not like she won't ever get back on the show.

The actress said, she will return to the show if she gets the opportunity and if time and situation permits.

Sugandha had a great comic timing and used to entertain the audience with her performances portraying different characters in the show with other performers. The viewers must be missing the multi-talented actress and her performance on the show.

Earlier in November, the actress shared a video in which she urged everyone to spell her name correctly. In her comic essence, the actress said, "I am giving my best efforts to create my name in the industry. Someone calls me 'Sunnanda', while some others call me 'Sun Gadha'. Even many call me 'Sufanda'.... My name is as simple as agarbaati or pan masala brand- Sugandha."
