The Kapil Sharma Show is back on Sony Television. Due to social distancing norms, the show makers cannot invite a live audience. However, the audience can interact with the guests as well as with the actors on the show through live calls. While Kapil Sharma did mention that he is missing a live audience, the video calls do add to the entertainment quotient.

From big families to a solo person, in the last few episodes, lots of people around the world have been using video calling to join The Kapil Sharma Show. Interestingly, even those from abroad are taking interest in this new arrangement.

The Kapil Sharma Show Live Audience Are Now Getting Gifts For Sharing Meaningful Content

In the last episode of the show dedicated to the celebrated lyricists, several people joined through video calling. The guests on the show Swanand Kirkire, Amitabh Bhattacharya, and Manoj Muntashir all shared their experiences, songs, and entertained everyone. Since it was an episode dedicated to songwriters, most of the audience that joined through video calling shared their own compositions.

A girl sharing her poem received a washing machine. Yet another girl from Gujarat who is a forest officer received a popular Smartphone. Earlier too the show makers gave gifts to the live audience whenever they shared entertaining or meaningful content.

In the last episode, Amitabh Bhattacharya revealed how he turned from an aspiring singer to a famous songwriter. Similarly, Swanand Kirkire shared that he wanted to be a director. However, he instead became a songwriter and an actor.

The Kapil Sharma Show dropped out of the top 5 TRP ratings last week. But it continues to be an immensely popular comedy show. However, in the coming days, it might face stiff competition from Sunil Grover's Gangs of Filmistan which airs on Star Bharat.

The Kapil Sharma Show airs every weekend on Sony Television at 9.30.
