The Family Man 2 is one of the most awaited web series of the year. With a stellar cast which includes Manoj Bajpayee, Priyamani, Samantha Akkineni and Sharib Hashmi, it is one of the most anticipated shows.
Fans of the series are eagerly waiting for the release of the action-thriller drama, which was originally scheduled to stream in February this year. However, following the controversies surrounding on its other show, streaming giant Amazon Prime Video had postponed the release of The Family Man 2.
However, it seem that the makers have finally zeroed on a new release date for the show. Helmed by ace director duo Raj & DK, The Family Man 2 will soon stream on Amazon Prime Video.
The duo hinted at the same in their latest Instagram post.
While wishing Samantha Akkineni, Raj and DK added the following lines to the post:
“Happy happy birthday Sam! Happy day and an even happier year ahead! Keep rocking! Can’t wait to unveil Raji to the world… very soon!”

Not only the directors, earlier Manoj Bajpayee during an interview with an entertainment portal had also revealed that the wait for The Family Man Season 2 is going to be over soon. He had said, “We’re going to get a release date from Amazon very soon.”
The Family Man 2 will see Manoj Bajpayee reprising the protagonist role of NIA Agent Srikant Tiwari. However, this season will also see a few new characters including Samantha Akkineni’s character ‘Raji’. This will mark Samantha’s digital debut.
